We would never support them! The only thing we support about them would be their hanging deaths at the hands of Charles de Gaulle!

But seeing as how it is they who are supporting us... well... I guess I can get behind that.

The meaning is this: even if you manage to have a naked woman atop a decapitated donkey you’re still going to need an umbrella to go see The Blood Arm at the Social.

Why?

Because it always rains here in London. Always…Except today. Today was very nice.

The woman represents the audience, the zebra is the Blood Arm. The zebra is pleasuring the woman but it's head has come off in the process, still the zebra is good natured and doesn't mind. Meanwhile, the bony arm of the "audience" grabs a ribbed dildo in one hand and an umbrella in the other, representing America and the UK respectively, the meaning of this is obvious, she is also the ocean, a nod to crowd surfing and the complex relationship between audience and band.

Ooh, I vote for Corny's theory. Or I did...until a bit of web searching revealed that this is not the first time this image has been used:

The donkey has long been a symbol of ignorance…and of the Democratic Party. Working with that traditional symbolism, the image of a decapitated donkey sucking at the teetsies of a flapper was created in 1929 by Army cartoonist Walter Noonan. Noonan intended the drawing to signify that the Democrats had been so busy screwing flappers that they had let the economy go to pot (read: the Great Depression). The addition of the sawed-off arm is just a cute little nod to your band’s name.

So, this is clearly an attack on the impotence of the Democratic party...And, I still hold, a commentary on the piss poor English weather.
